The DREAM Workshop is a multi-dimensional and embodied practice that interconnects free flowing movement through intention setting, visualization meditation, dance and music, and vocalization designed to open and activate your soul to its fullest potential.

On November 10th, 2019, The DREAM Workshop happened in New York City at ZeroSpace — an immersive, psychedelic art playground in Midtown Manhattan. Holly Chang, creator of The DREAM Workshop and The DREAM Revolution, led everyone in a visualization meditation underneath the Parastella art installation. The Parastella is a 20ft radius LED installation with over 150 different animations by world-renowned LED magician, Christopher Schardt. This art piece is a very special and favorite installation for many people that attended Burning Man and witnessed it in all its glory under the starry night sky set with classical music. It was a serendipitous happening to be able to experience the installation in New York City as well.

62 dreamers showed up for event with intentions to attain a newfound and/or even stronger belief that they can do it, whatever their dreams are, anything is possible. There were people of all backgrounds, of all ages, of all beliefs - from artists, makers, parents, children, healers, dancers, designers, activists, founders, technologists, medicine workers, marketers, community builders, musicians, money makers, lovers, and friends. People were instructed to walk into the room as their highest selves, their best selves, their most loving and kind selves. This experience was for people who were brave enough to take risks together — where one could reclaim their personhood and create what one wish existed. This is a home for people to discover what needs to surface and meet others that are doing the same.

There was a writing portion of the event where people crystalized what their dreams are for themselves as an individual and what their dreams are for the world, for humanity, for all of us. Participants also partook in a vocalization exercise where they spoke out loud and declared what their dreams were and had someone listen to them. There was also a group sharing opportunity to share to the entire group.

Photographer Erika Dickstein took professional photos of attendees as their highest selves underneath the Parastella art installation for people to take home and look at every day and know that this is who they are.

dreeemy took us on a musical journey for the dance portion of the event. dreeemy is an international genre-bending sonic alchemist, meditation guide, and conscious community catalyst based in New York City. Her music can be found on Soundcloud.

There was a place for connection and conversation in the room with the art installation by Hybycozo, The Birth of the Universe with tea service and sound healing.

Dropping Seeds also shared their DEEP Hemp Elixir to gently support deep journeying and vivid visions.
